A demented and traumatized man witnessed how his father killed his ill mother when he was a child. Years later, he is still traumatized by the events and starts having bad dreams about the horrific events he went through. He decides to start an obsession for mannequins and starts a killing rampage. His sister comes to live with him and decides he needs help. Her and another male friend try to stop the horror of her brother but that's when things start to get horrible.
